Meet the Team

Honest, dedicated and caring! If only three words could be used to fully summarize or describe Dave Johnson, these would be the words I choose. You won't go wrong in choosing him to help you pick a new place to live, and it is hard to do better!

My journey started with a decision to settlement. An essential part was to purchase a home. Being unaware of the market, I needed to work with an agent. I came across a condominium in Redfin, which Dave had been introduced as a buying agent. We met him, and our work started together. Frankly, I circled around a handful of agents, but still, Dave was on top of the list, and we decided to only work with him moving forward. He is knowledgable, kind, patient, communicative, responsive, committed, and affable. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to have a savory experience in purchasing.

My wife and I just bought our first home and Dave made that process incredibly easy. We went into the situation knowing next to nothing at all about how buying a house actually works. Dave explained each step to us clearly and absolutely helped ease the stress that comes with this process. He recommended multiple mortgage lenders and let us make the choice. It never felt like he was twisting our arm to push us in any particular direction. If you want someone who is easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your home buying experience, Dave is your man. Thanks Dave!

Dave is the most genuine guy you will ever meet in the Chicago real estate market. Whether buying or selling, be sure to call Dave first!

Being first time homeowners, me and my wife put our trust into Dave and we were not disappointed at all! Down to earth, knowledgeable, and transparent about every home that we were seeking. He was understanding with what we were seeking while also giving us his input which helped tremendously in deciding what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone who is ready to purchase a home!

Dave Johnson, (872) 800-0811 was our realtor last year. I felt so lucky to have him. He was extremely knowledgeable about homes, almost like a home inspector, and taught us a lot. He was ready at the drop of a dime to reply to my emails and texts, he made us feel so comfortable. It felt as if we had known him for a long time right from the very beginning. He was determined to make sure we got what we wanted. He was honest, kind, funny, flexible, professional, just amazing all around. I'm so glad we had him. For our 1 year house buying anniversary he sent a card with tickets to a Cubs game. I thought that was so nice. Right after we closed on the hou...

I have worked with Dave several times (buying two homes and renting out a property). Between and after transactions he never continues to being a resource. He is the type of person that you feel comfortable in asking any question or even saying no, to a property.

I'm a first time homebuyer and Dave has been fantastic every step of the way! He has responsive, kind, patient, and you couldn't ask for a better person to walk through this process with. I'd recommend him all day long!
